Inflection AI has recently secured significant funding, attracting investments from top-tier venture capital firms. Their mission is to transform business operations with advanced large language model (LLM) solutions. As their exclusive talent partner, we are entrusted with building their new team from scratch, targeting the expansion of their LLM product into the enterprise market.

Our Role in Building the Future

Initially, we are seeking candidates for various roles, including Software Platform Engineers, Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineers, and Machine Learning Engineers with expertise in inference, pretraining, or finetuning. These positions require a hybrid work model, with three days onsite at Inflection AI's Palo Alto headquarters. More roles will be announced as we progress.
