VP of Memory Design - DRAM/HBM

Acceler8 is seeking a VP of Memory Design to join an extremely well-funded stealth-mode startup at the forefront of taking semiconductors beyond the limits of silicon to address the scaling and performance challenges of current semiconductor materials.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience leading the development of DRAM.
  • Experience working on HBMs
  • Deep expertise in the chip life cycle, from concept to production, with experience in completing numerous tape outs.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to contribute directly to architecture and design when necessary.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving complex technical goals.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
