About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Research Scientist who embraces unconventional ideas and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be on conducting pioneering research and building AI systems that provide deep insights and foster innovation in the semiconductor and electronics sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead groundbreaking research initiatives in machine learning and AI, emphasizing multi-modal integration.
- Design, develop, and enhance large language models (LLMs) and multi-modal models (MMMs).
- Investigate and implement state-of-the-art neural network architectures, including specialized models.
- Construct models to effectively tackle complex reasoning tasks and graph-related challenges.
- Analyze and optimize systems that incorporate LLMs, natural language processing (NLP) models, and retrieval algorithms.
- Share research contributions at major conferences and publish in respected journals.
- Generate synthetic datasets and gather insights from user interactions for various applications.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong foundation in machine learning, particularly in sequence modeling and model architecture.
- Proficiency in PyTorch, Python, and other relevant frameworks.
- Documented research experience with a solid record of publications in notable venues.
- Familiarity with pre-training and fine-tuning methodologies for large models.
- Capability to convert research ideas into practical code implementations.
- Knowledge of contemporary techniques, including prompting and search strategies.
- Experience in managing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Experience developing distributed training frameworks for AI models in high-performance computing environments.
