About the Role

As the Lead Software Engineer - AI Agents, you’ll be integral to advancing AI agent capabilities, designing frameworks, and enhancing core functionalities to scale efficiently. You will guide product development, collaborate across teams, and deliver agent improvements that consistently outperform industry benchmarks. Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI Agents: Architect and build AI agents tailored for inbound sales with capabilities to extend beyond existing frameworks
• Enhance AI Frameworks: Focus on scalability, customizability, and control for maximum usability and efficiency
• Expand AI Capabilities: Grow the suite of AI Agents, introducing off-the-shelf solutions ready for fast deployment
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success to meet real-world requirements
• Optimize Performance: Design and implement automated analytics for continuous agent performance evaluation

Relevant Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on scalable application development
• Expertise in Python; knowledge of AI frameworks like Langchain, Autogen, or Swarm is a plus
• Strong communication skills and experience with prompt engineering for AI agent refinement
• Background in machine learning pipelines, including NLP and RAG systems experience
• A hands-on problem solver who excels in end-to-end solution delivery, from ideation to deployment
