About The Role

As a Founding Member of Technical Staff, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Contribute across the stack, integrating our model gateway, sending metrics, optimizing prompts and models, and watching LLMs improve over time.
• Build advanced inference strategies and design new optimization recipes (e.g., reinforcement learning or adaptive prompting techniques).
• Create delightful user interfaces while shaping the future of LLM optimization.
• Collaborate on the entire product lifecycle in a hands-on role where your work will predominantly be open source.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• A strong technical background: You’ve tackled challenging technical problems and are comfortable driving projects from inception to deployment.
• Expertise in LLMs or Reinforcement Learning: Your deep knowledge complements our team and drives technical leadership.
• A hunger for growth: You’re eager to learn and contribute across the stack in a high-impact environment.
• NYC presence: You’re ready to collaborate in-person five days a week, working closely with a small, passionate, technical team.
