DFT Engineer

DFT Engineer (Principal level) - AI Compute

Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Principal level DFT Engineer to join a world class engineering team at an extremely well funded start-up whose vision is to become the compute platform for Gen AI.

Requirements

• MSEE & 10+ years of experience in DFT refocused positions.
• Expertise in defining scan test plans, BIST (memory, logic and IOs), fault modeling, ATPG and fault simulation.
• Excellent analytical skills in verification and validation of test patterns and logic on complex and multi-million gate designs.
• Good exposure to cross functional areas including RTL & clocks design, STA, place-n-route and power, to ensure we are making the right trade-offs.
• Experience in Silicon debug and bring-up on ATEs with an understanding of pattern formats, failure processing, and test program development.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Perl, Python or Tcl desired.
• Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• A desire to solve complex engineering problems
• Strong knowledge of Tessent flows would be highly beneficial.

In addition, any experience working on chiplet based data center processors at top level/full chip level would be highly desireable (but not essential).

The position is hybrid from Mountain View (3 days on-site) and they are looking for someone to start ASAP.
