Tom Parker

Tom has been part of the UR Group for over a decade and joined the Acceler8 Talent System Software Development team in 2024, previously heading up the DevOps, SRE & Cloud team at our sister brand Understanding Recruitment. 

Tom's favorite thing about his role is guiding the progression of the team and seeing them move through the ranks.

A little-known fact about Tom is that he once met Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg!
