Jay joined Acceler8 Talent's hardware recruitment team in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous role at a staffing agency. Over the past two years, he excelled in recruitment, candidate relationship management, and business development. In his final year, Jay advanced to a senior recruiting position, consistently sourcing top-tier candidates and playing a crucial role in closing numerous projects as a top producer.

Specializing in semiconductor & chip design and photonics at Acceler8 Talent, Jay is dedicated to providing exceptional value to both candidates and clients. He aims to find positions that allow candidates to grow and advance their careers, while identifying perfect fits for clients' project needs.

Outside of work, Jay is an avid skier who loves hitting the slopes during winter. His favorite aspect of his job is learning about the industry and staying at the forefront of cutting-edge technology. Jay's favorite place in Boston is Causeway Street, where he enjoys the vibrant atmosphere, excellent restaurants and bars, and proximity to the Garden for Celtics and Bruins games.
